Drac, the main vampire bat in the cave arrived home after a night hunting covered in fresh blood.
He parked himself wearily on the ceiling of the cave and dozed off
It was not long before all the other bats smelled the blood and began hassling him.
They were hungry and most had not fed for a few days. They wanted to know where he had been.
Drac did his best to go make to sleep but they were insistant . Finally Drac agreed to take them out, but warned he wanted to be back before dawn.
"OK, everyone , Follow me," Drac instructed as he flew out of the cave. Hundreds of bats flapped along behind him.
Finally he slowed down and all the other bats excitedly milled around him.
"Now, do you see that tree over there?" he asked.
"YES, YES, YES!!" the bats all screamed in a frenzy.
"Good!" said Drac, "Because I didn't!"
