George and Harry

George and Harry
George and Harry are sitting quietly in the doctor's waiting room. It's a small town and every one knows every one. They start out trying not to catch the other's attention, but after a while George breaks the ice and asks Harry what he is there for,
Harry looks a bit sheepish and replies he is real worried, A red ring seems to have appeared around his 'pecker'.
George is taken a bit aback and admits he has a very similar problem. A green ring has appeared around his 'pecker'!
They chat away companionably about the weather and sheep prices etc. until Harry is called into the doctors rooms. The doctors examines Harry thoroughly and sends him home with good news. He will be fine in a few days.
On his way out Harry passes this information to George who then goes in with the doctor feeling very relieved.
The doctor asks George to remove his trousers and gives him a very thorough examination and then says" I am really sorry George. There is nothing we can do for you. Your 'pecker' is going to drop off, and then you are going to die.".
"OMG?? " Says George " It can't be true.!! You just told Harry he would be fine in a couple days. How can you tell me I'm gonna die?"
"I'm sorry George" said the doctor "But what you have to realise, There is a big difference between lipstick and gangrene.
